UW-Calipers | Mar 25
Zebra-Tech is excited to announce the release of the UW-Calipers which are possibly the world's only dedicated underwater recording caliper.
Submersible to 40 meters water depth, the UW-Calipers are ideal for scientific and professional divers who want to maximise the use of their precious dive time. Designed and built to be operated in harsh and demanding conditions, the UW-Calipers are also ideal for terrestrial field work in environments such as mud flats, mangrove swamps, the inter tidal zone as well as work on small boats.
UW-Calipers have a measurement range of 250mm. The jaw measurement together with the current time and date and optionally the water depth are logged at the push of the button. The recorded data can be simply downloaded directly into an Excel spreadsheet.

Multi-Clamp system developed | Feb 20
Following a customer request, Zebra-Tech has developed a Multi-Clamp system for the Hydro-Wiper. The Multi-Clamp enables up to 3 similar instruments to be mounted and wiped by one Hydro-Wiper unit.
The Multi-Clamp system is ideally suited to instruments such as the Turner Designs Cyclops-7 and the Chelsea TriLux line of sensors, in situations when multiple sensors are deployed collectively to measure a variety of parameters.
The use of the Multi-Clamp provides a simple and economic method of controlling bio-fouling on multiple instruments in addition to simplifying mounting of the instruments.
The Multi-Clamp system is currently undergoing field testing.
Latest Hydro-Wiper | Jan 18
Zebra-Tech is pleased to announce the release of its latest Hydro-Wiper model for the UViLux Hydrocarbon Fluorometer manufactured by Chelsea Technologies Group. The Hydro-Wiper will be debuted by Ocean Instruments at Ocean Business 2011 in Southampton.
This brings the total number of Hydro-Wiper models to 18. Each model can be supplied as either data logger triggered or self-contained version.
